Shield Block “Photoshop CS3 attacks. You shield block. You have slain Photoshop CS3! Your Holy Shock crits Photoshop CS3 for 1300. Photoshop CS3 dies.”

In short, I pulled an all-nighter designing and coding this because I’m embarrassingly bad. I also upgraded our RSS feed to one at FeedBurner. Resubscribe to it if you would and it will be much fluffier and cooler than our current WordPress one.

I hope you enjoy Girls Don’t Game version 2.0! Feel free to leave feedback here, and watch for any errors in the upcoming week–I’ll be quick to fix them, I promise.

I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again, I love the design. Keep it up!

OK, well the front page is phenomenal but the dark copper-coloured comments boxes on, say, this page are a little too hard to read. Especially the parts which have slightly darker red links. I think the text and links inside them need some serious brightening up.

    You know I lurve it.

I don’t think that I like the new theme as much as I did the original one. The colours make the site much more harder to read. I’m also prefered Chun Li over the Warcraft chicks but hey thats still cool.

A great effort, I know that its not easy to design a good website. Oh and I resubscribed as well. If you haven’t already checked out the Feed Burner tools then I recomend you do, there should be an option that adds all of the people using the old RSS link to the statistics.

I didn’t see the original design, but this one is grade-A gorgeous. I do second the comment about the darker comments boxes being a little too hard to read. My eyes tend to skip them. The subpage banner is nice looking, but there’s a tinge of sadness to leave the beauty of the front page’s banner since it’s so much more complex. Great job overall, though!

This design is beautiful as always, Monique. Take a nicely earned break and enjoy yourself. :)

To anyone complaining about the colors at the comments, I think I’m going to try to reproduce the main page into the comment archive somehow…but since I have college, internship, bunch of stuff this week, it might have to wait until next weekend D:

    Thanks for the compliments <3

Layout is nice. I like it much more than the Chun-Li one but I haven’t been to the site for about a month so I don’t remember it too well. Generally though, blue > Red
