I've enjoyed most of activision's music games a lot more than konami's (well save for DDR+Pop'n Music). They just seem to be easier to pick up and learn. I really enjoy rock band. The Japanese gaming industry thrives on puzzles and difficult challenges, while the American gaming industry likes to release games that are a bit easier.
